The De'Longhi ESAM5500T Perfecta Bean to Cup Espresso/Cappuccino Maker is the ultimate coffee machine for people who are serious about coffee. The Bean to Cup system grinds fresh coffee beans for each cup (or uses ready ground coffee). The high performance pump system uses 15 bars of pressure to dispense delicious hot coffee drinks quickly and easily from grounds or pods. The full digital display with illuminated icon display and rotating control dial makes the unit simple to use.
The removable water reservoir holds 1.7L of water and the machine incorporates a cup warmer, built-in burr grinder with seven adjustable coarseness settings, built in coffee tamper, removable drip tray and traditional cappuccino milk frother. The double boiler system has one boiler exclusively for espresso and the other for steam, so your cappuccino can be made with the press of a button. The electronic steam and coffee thermostat allows accurate temperature control, adjustable steam emission and an instant reheat function, automatically keeping it at the optimum temperature for perfect espresso every time. The steam nozzle is adjustable for use with a variety of jug sizes for lattes, macchiatos and cappuccinos.
The Perfecta's removable brewing unit makes for easy cleaning, while the rinse and decalcification auto-programmes can be adjusted according to local water hardness. The preset automatic shut-off saves power.
